Booking Policies

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot. Sessions will not proceed without full payment.

Punctuality is key to making the most of your session! If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled without a refund. A $20 late fee applies if you’re 15 minutes late, and the session time will not be extended to accommodate delays.

If you need to cancel:

• Deposits serve as a cancellation fee if you’re unable to attend your session.

• 72+ hours’ notice: Receive a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future session.

• 24–72 hours’ notice: Receive a 50% refund or reschedule your session.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund, but you can still reschedule your session.

To maintain a focused and comfortable environment, sessions are limited to 2-4 guests accompanying the client.

Book a Studio - $125 (Minimum 2 Hours)
Want that polished studio vibe? We’ve got you covered! Studio bookings require a minimum of 2 hours, giving us plenty of time to create magic in a controlled, professional environment. Studio availability may vary, so let’s lock in your vision early!

Second Location - $150
Can’t decide on just one spot? Let’s add a second location to your session! Whether it’s a quick switch to a nearby park or a whole new vibe across town, we’ll make it happen. Each new location adds variety and depth to your story!

Rushed Turnaround -$250
Need your photos ASAP? Skip the wait! With this add-on, I’ll prioritize your session and have your professionally edited images ready within 1 week instead of the standard 2-3 weeks. Perfect for those with tight timelines or extra excitement!
